Understanding Zoe App

At the Yellow Ladybugs Conference 2025, I had the pleasure of meeting Laetitia, one of the developers of Understanding Zoe. She’s a neurodivergent entrepreneur and parent of neurodivergent children, and together with her partner, has created a neuro-affirming app designed to support caregivers, educators, and therapists of neurodivergent children.
Understanding Zoe provides personalised guidance by integrating expert insights, such as assessment reports, therapy feedback, and input from teachers or support workers, with AI assistance. The result is tailored advice and strategies specific to your child’s unique needs.
The app allows parents, caregivers, and allied health professionals to upload and compile key information about a child, including milestones, routines, behaviours, triggers, and calming strategies. This creates a clear picture of the child’s development and what approaches work best, enabling the AI to generate strategies that are individualised and practical.
I think this is such a valuable idea—to have everything in one place and to be able to access suggestions when we’re feeling stuck or trying to make sense of what might have triggered a meltdown or a challenging moment.
Laetitia has kindly offered TKC families and friends a 10% discount using the code: KIDDCLINIC.
