I am a friendly and curious clinician dedicated to providing a non-judgmental and supportive space for my clients. I really value the process of getting to know the individuals & families that I work with — their unique contributions, perspectives, and context in which they live in. Drawing upon a variety of evidence-based modalities, a typical session with me might involve anything from yoga to clay to cuddles with my therapy dog-in-training, Enzo.

I’ve worked in various settings in both Melbourne & Perth including psychopharmacological research and community mental health, and have undertaken extensive clinical training in suicide prevention. My therapeutic areas of interest include depression & other mood disorders, trauma & attachment, eating disorders, OCD & other anxiety disorders, and I enjoy working in a team that celebrates and supports neurodiversity.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me in the garden, walking my dogs or sharing a meal with friends. I also enjoy spending time expanding my knowledge on the mind-body connection, women’s health, and integrative nutrition.
