Vanessa Campbell

Clinical Psychologist
Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Master of Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology)

I am an endorsed clinical psychologist with eight years of experience working with adolescents and adults.

I have practised across public, non-government, and private mental health organisations. Through this work, I have supported adolescents and adults experiencing a broad range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns.

I welcome clients of all neurotypes and have a strong interest in providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy to Autistic and/or ADHD adolescents and adults. I commonly work with school-related difficulties, executive functioning challenges, self-acceptance, and co-occurring mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, burnout, and emotional regulation difficulties.

I aim to provide a compassionate, transparent, and collaborative therapeutic space, where clients feel supported to explore their concerns and work toward goals that are meaningful to them. My approach is integrative and draws on evidence-based therapies including CBT/Schema, DBT, and ACT, adapted to suit each individual’s needs.

Outside of work, I am an animal lover who enjoys spending time with my feathery and furry pets, gardening, and going down research rabbit holes.
