Sandra O’Shea
Registered Psychologist
Fremantle
Hi, I'm Sandra (she/her), a Registered Psychologist.
My work is neurodiversity-affirming at its core, built on self-compassion, holistic thinking, and a genuine respect for each person's story. I'm passionate about bridging neurodivergent and neurotypical worlds to help people make sense of complexity and find their way forward, together. For me, change starts with understanding, deepens through connection, and is realised through action. I'm not just here to sit with what's hard. I'm here to help figure out what comes next.
Over the past decade, I've worked across EAP counselling, private practice, disability services, critical incident response, leadership support, and facilitated training for organisations.
I support individuals, couples, families, workplaces, and communities through a range of challenges, including relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, workplace conflict, and mental health concerns. Whatever the presentation, my approach stays the same: warm, collaborative, and practical, turning insight into action that feels authentic, achievable, and sustainable.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me camping in the bush or by the beach, sharing stories around a campfire with family and friends. I enjoy looking after my chickens, playing board games, and heading off on a Dungeons & Dragons quest. For me, these moments are all about connection, curiosity, laughter, and time with the people I love.
