Registered Psychologist

I am a Registered Psychologist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I enjoy demystifying psychology to those who are new to therapy and unsure of what to expect. Through teamwork, fun and compassion I hope to show clients that I am with them on their journey.

I draw on several evidence-based modalities, predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), as well as trauma-informed approaches. I completed my Bachelor of Psychology in 2019 and my Master of Psychology (Professional) in 2020.

Having worked within the disability sector for the past eight years and education for five years, I have experience working with people with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), trauma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I also have a passion for working with gender-diverse youth and adults.

When I’m not at The Kidd clinic I coach rowing and in my downtime, I like to read fantasy, swim, draw, and hang out with friends.
