Melanie Turner
Principal Psychologist
Clinical Operations Lead
Senior Counselling and Clinical Psychologist
I am an endorsed Counselling and Clinical Psychologist and have been practising for 17 years.
My previous work has included university settings, not for profit community organisations, custodial and private practice settings.
Historically I have worked across all areas of mental health and have vast experience with anxiety, depression, adjustments issues, emotional regulation and more.
I have a strong interest in working with neurodivergent adults, with a particular focus on women who are late-diagnosed with Autism and/or ADHD, especially in relation to hormonal transitions, including perimenopause and menopause.
I am very interested in working with clients in a collaborative way to achieve resilience and well-being and am a passionate Mindfulness and Self-compassion practitioner. I use multiple therapeutic modalities, including, but not limited to, ACT and CBT to help clients achieve their goals.
Personally, I love fitness, food, travel and quality time with those I love.
