Kate Campbell
Registered Psychologist
I am a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about supporting clients in a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based way. I believe therapy works best when you can feel genuinely understood, respected, and safe.
I see the therapeutic relationship as the foundation of meaningful change. I take time to build trust and develop a shared understanding of what might be maintaining someone’s difficulties, so we can work together toward practical goals and lasting change.
In my practice, I support both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive difficulties, low mood, stress, perfectionism, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions and identity changes.
I value culturally responsive practice and remain mindful of how identity, culture, and broader life context shape each person’s experiences. Ongoing learning and reflective practice are important to me, and I am always looking for ways to deepen my understanding and refine my skills.
Outside of work, I enjoy strength training, reading and all things arts and crafts!
