I’m a Clinical Psychologist who loves working collaboratively with clients to create therapy that fits their unique needs. I provide neuro-affirming, person-centred support, helping people understand and accept themselves while also equipping them with practical tools to manage life’s challenges.

I have experience working with neurodiverse children, adolescents, and adults across private practice, hospital, community mental health, and not-for-profit settings. I’m particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, with a focus on autistic and ADHD adolescent girls and women.

I work with a wide range of mental health concerns. I tailor therapy to each person’s needs and goals by drawing on evidence-based approaches including ACT, DBT, CBT, and Schema Therapy. I also strive to create a warm and welcoming space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing board games, watching F1, line dancing with friends, and exploring new places.
