Client Care Team Member
Being part of our Client Care Team involves managing enquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing exceptional support to our clients with care and compassion.
We Are Looking For
A motivated and resilient professional with strong communication skills and a warm, empathetic approach to clients and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively within a collaborative admin team.
A proactive problem solver with a flexible mindset and can-do attitude.
Experience working in an allied health practice is an advantage, and knowledge of Medicare and NDIS systems is beneficial but not essential.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zanda, and/or Mac operating systems is preferred.
