Client Care Coordinator
The clinic has undergone rapid expansion since our inception, growing from a team of three to a team of 45.
With 3 highly sought after clinics in North Perth, Fremantle, and Melbourne, we are looking for a dynamic and friendly CCT Coordinator to assist us with the next phase of our journey.
The Role
You will be leading a team of skilled and creative client care (admin) team members and ensuring that our three sites are running efficiently and smoothly.
We Are Looking For
A calm and clear communicator
Excellent administrative and business skills
Superb attention to detail
Familiarity with Medicare and NDIS funding systems (beneficial, but not required)
